Tamalpais Pediatrics

Brenda Evans has been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Certified Lactation Consultant for over 20 years, the majority of them at Tamalpais Pediatrics. Brenda completed her training as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the University of California San Francisco.

In 1988 Brenda trained as a lactation consultant at UCLA. She was one of the first lactation consultants in Marin County and co- founded Breastfeeding Consultants. In 1991 Brenda received her Masters in Adolescent Reproductive Health, also from UCSF. Brenda uses her extensive and excellent experience and training to serve the patients of Tamalpais Pediatrics.

Brenda lives in Kentfield with her husband and has two adult children. In addition to working at Tamalpais Pediatrics, she also works part-time as a Nurse Practitioner at the City College San Francisco Student Health Center.
