Tamalpais Pediatrics

Kathy Morgan, PNP is a true Marin local, having grown up and raised her own family in Novato. She received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Sonoma State University and has twenty years of experience in pediatric nursing at both UCSF and Marin General Hospital. At UCSF, she worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and at Marin General Hospital she worked on the Pediatric Ward, the Intensive Care Nursery and the Maternity Ward. In addition to this, she has experience in home health nursing and as a school nurse.

She joined Tamalpais Pediatrics in 2004, when she was hired as our Nurse Manager. While working with us in that capacity, she completed a masters degree at the University of California, San Francisco and became a licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Since completing her training and becoming certified, Kathy has been seeing patients in both our Greenbrae and Novato offices. Patients, parents and staff all appreciate her humor, experience and the great care she provides.

Kathy is married and lives in Novato with her husband. She has three adult children and enjoys running, biking and photography. She is currently training for her first triathlon.
