Dr. Jeanette White recently moved from Annapolis, Maryland to Northern California with her husband and two boys. As the oldest of five children in a military family, she has many places that she can call home.

After attending Dartmouth College, Dr. White completed medical school at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and then a residency and chief residency at Children's Hospital and Medical Center in Seattle. She then returned to Johns Hopkins, where she finished a three-year fellowship in pediatric critical care . While at Johns Hopkins, Dr. White also earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Investigation. Though she spent the beginning of her career as an academic pediatric critical care physician and researcher, in 2009, she decided to join Annapolis Pediatrics. In her first year in practice, she was chosen by Chesapeake magazine as one of Annapolis' " Top Docs".

When not at the office, Dr. White is spending time with her husband and two busy boys, baking bread and trying to figure out how to grow tomatoes in the fog.
